Find your spark.
I’m Callie—a retreat leader, speaker, writer, and spiritual companion—and I remind people of their belovedness.
I’m passionate about journeying with groups and individuals as they discover their belovedness and live into their fullest, most authentic selves. As a priest and Certified Daring Way Facilitator, I draw on my experience and the teachings of Jesus and Brené Brown to lead transformative retreats and inspiring keynotes that help folks embrace vulnerability and wholeheartedness.
Through my work on overcoming burnout and my SPARK Practice, I guide communities in finding purpose, connection, and the courage to live bravely. Let’s collaborate and create an experience that ignites lasting change in your community or organization!

Are you dreaming big dreams, feeling weary, or longing to create something new? You are not alone.
Hi, I’m Callie.
I love Jesus, tortilla chips, and speaking truth and love into others. I've learned that everyone has a story, so I'll share a bit of mine and I hope you'll tell me yours.
Let’s dream together.
My soul is most alive when I'm connecting and collaborating. Whether you need help feeling unstuck or want to envision a new retreat together, I'm available to lead, consult, keynote, and spread the good news.
Why wholehearted?
To be wholehearted means to show up with our whole selves and to encourage others to do the same. You’ll hear me talk about it a lot around here because it’s one of my core values, and my intention is to cultivate spaces where people can find belonging without having to conform or change to be like others.
Brené Brown notes that wholehearted people are often spiritual because they have “a deeply held belief that we are inextricably connected to each other by something greater than us.”
We are connected, one to another, and we have been since the very beginning of creation.
A few times a month, I share my wholehearted reflections that they might bring nourishment and invite others into their own wholeheartedness.
